DUTIES & TAXES
Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes and duties. Orders will be shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped, the carrier will bill you to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Yoonist cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Although we use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time period, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. Our customer service team will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays. Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery receipt.
Any claim regarding the delivery of Product(s) must be submitted in 14 working days following receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition including packaging.
In order to request return/exchanges, please email us at info@yoonist.com with your order number. Please allow 2-3 buisness days for replies on our end.
Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender.
The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging, garment tags still attached and the box it came in. Yoonist boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box.
Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.
No price adjustments for prior purchases.
All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
